Breadcrumbs are incredibly versatile and made from a product most people throw out – dry bread. However, it can be used for toppings (Pasta Bakes), breading (Chicken Nuggets), fillers (Stuffing)amongst other uses. Recipes include Tuna Mornay, Scotch Eggs and Chicken Kiev. Also, Breadcrumbs or Bread crumbs are often toasted for flavour and storage.
