Category : Dairy
Dairy is the harvesting and processing animal milk into multiple products such as Milk, Yoghurt, Cream, Butter and Cheese etc. It does tend to contain vitamins good for the human body but can cause issue for those with allergies. You may be surprised to discover how many recipes contain dairy in one way or another. Also it is the only ingredient that can be used in a recipe in every course and be a course itself. Cheese products alone have a massive selection with many countries specialising especially France.
Tip:
Always keep the products in a fridge or it will seriously go bad.
