The perfect partner whether it be a cup of tea/coffee of a selection of cheeses. Biscuits/Cookies have been around for eons and show no sign of going out of favour. We all remember running to the biscuit aisle looking at shelves full of custard creams and bourbons in the shops. However, try cooking them for yourselves and discover how easy and tasty they can be. Recipes include Chocolate Chip Cookies, Biscotti, Oaty Apple and Orange Squares and Peanut Butterscotch Crispies. At last, my grandchildren enjoy cooking and sell their own biscuits for school fayres and Christmas bazaars.
