My favourite – Roasting is a cooking method that uses dry heat where hot air envelops the food, cooking it evenly on all sides with temperatures. To roast an ingredient, the temperature must be above 150 °C.
This is a popular form of cooking at weekends and at holidays due to the extended cooking time. However it is worth the wait.
