Typically, batter is thin dough that is easily poured into a pan to make pancakes. Although other uses include making fried food and light cakes. Recipes add ingredients to the batter to spice it and colour it. In addition, it is amazing what you can fry, including the normal chicken leg right, fish and other seafood up to a mars bar.
