Many recipes contain wine, whiskey, rum and a multitude of other types of alcohol. Recipes including meat, fish and vegetables that can all be cooked in alcohol in one form or another. Salmon poached and beef in red wine sauce are well known however our beer-can chicken is less known but so very good. Old classics such as Italian Clam Soup – Zuppa di Vongole, Miso Vegetable Stir Fry and Moules Mariniere are included. We have amassed an ever growing library of recipes that for your enjoyment. All of these recipes include alcohol as a seasoning more than a fluid source. Should you choose not to have the wine then stock or water can be substituted.
