Category : Boil
A form of cooking that is often overlooked. However when you boil something like a ham it takes on an entire new flavour than baking. Not to mention one of the most cooked ingredients are boiled and poached eggs. If you are going to use this method, always remember to season the water. Recipes include Boiled Potatoes with Herbs, Homemade Fresh Pasta and Boiled Egg with Cheese Soldiers. Otherwise it takes a lot of work to get flavour into the meal. If you have a favourite boiled recipe then please upload it for us to share with the world.
Boil Tips:
To make the water reach temperature quicker, put the saucepan lid on and only add the salt after.
