Category : Cheese
So many recipes contain cheese that we had to create a category for it. The range is extensive from a burger through to a delicate addition in a pie. Cheese is a very flexible ingredient with over 1,000 different types and flavours to enjoy. Furthermore, cheese is the only food that is both an ingredient and a course of its own. Due to its flexibility, it can be used as an ingredient in a sauce, in a topping, on its own, grated, melted diced and chopped. Not to mention in cakes, side dishes, main dishes, on vegetables, chillies, appetisers, and served with a decent port at room temperature. In the end of the day, cheese is also good for a snack on its own.
